Chris Swanzy is the Vice President of LCR Contractors/DFW Thermal Solutions. Chris was one of the original founders of DFW Thermal Solutions in 2010. Chris has a lengthy background in construction that dates back to 1996. Chris has spent his entire career dedicated to the construction industry. Chris was a homebuilder for many years and owned his own company for 6 of those years. During Chris’ homebuilding career, he served as the President of the Parker County Builders Association for 2 years. He also was on the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth Builders Association for 3 years and served as First Vice President of the Fort Worth Builders Association during that time. 

After the transition of homebuilding, Chris entered the spray foam industry. Starting out with 1 spray foam rig 10 years ago, DFW Thermal has grown to be a highly respectable spray foam company that has expanded into the Austin and Amarillo markets in Texas. Since 2010, LCR Contractors has grown from a few rigs to over 25 spray foam rigs across the great State of Texas. Chris Swanzy is passionate about the business and continues to look forward for new growth opportunities in the industry. In Chris’ scarce spare time, he enjoys spending time with his kids, grandkid, and his family. Chris is also known to sneak in as much golf as he can.
