Leadership team

Matt Truelove is the Division Manager for Amarillo and West Texas. Matt started out in the insulation business shortly after graduating from Angelo State University in 2008 in the Abilene, TX area and has performed just about every function of an insulation business that exists. Starting out in the operations side of a young spray foam company, Matt learned everything from the ground up: from normal day to day functions to troubleshooting and mechanic work on equipment. Shortly after learning operations and how to train others to complete the work he moved to sales and management.

In 2010, Matt moved to Amarillo, TX and started Enertek an insulation company that has grown each year since it he started it. Matt is honored to have had the opportunity to insulate thousands of people’s homes in the Texas Panhandle and West Texas regions. In 2017, in order to continue growing Enertek, Matt agreed to all Eneteck to be acquired by LCR Contractors. Matt realizes that his and the company’s success is entirely dependent upon our valued team members, so supporting them is his number one priority.

Matt is an active member of the Canyon Lions Club and Southwest Chapter of AMBUCS. His wife Stephanie and son Zachery all enjoy snow skiing when they can find time to get to the mountains. They currently reside in Canyon, TX.
