Leadership team

Beck Dando is the Division Manager of North Texas for LCR Contractors. Beck joined LCR Contractors in 2019. Beck oversees the day-to-day operations of the commercial spray fireproofing, spray insulation, and spray foam insulation divisions of the Company. He is responsible for both the preconstruction and operations portions of the business and works to ensure continuity with all divisions of the company. Prior to joining LCR Contractors, Beck worked on the General Contractor/Construction Manager side of the business for General Contractors in the mid-Atlantic region, middle Tennessee area, and DFW metroplex before joining LCR.

Beck is an active member of TEXO, the construction industry association for AGC and ABC in North Texas and sits on the Board of Directors for the TEXO Foundation. He served in similar roles when he was in Middle Tennessee with the Associated General Contractors. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the ACE Mentor Program of DFW. When he has free time, he spends it on home improvement projects and amateur woodworking. Born and raised in Memphis, TN, he now lives in Heath, TX with his wife Kelly and two children, Hayes and Virginia.
