Leadership team

Robby is the Division Manager of the Central Texas operations of LCR Contractors. Robby joined LCR in 2015 to start up the Central Texas office which services Central and South Texas and the Louisiana market. Robby has been in the fireproofing, spray insulation and waterproofing industry since 2006.  During his tenure in the Construction Industry Robby has held multiple positions such as estimating, Project Management and was previously the Director of Business Development for a Commercial General Contractor prior to joining LCR Contractors.  Robby has helped position the Central Texas Operation as the top fireproofing and spray insulation contactor in the market by developing great relationships with General Contractors and Developers.  He is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Central Texas and several other industry organizations.

Robby was born and raised in Hutto, TX and attended Oklahoma State University where he was a member of the 2004 Big 12 Championship Baseball Team, and received his bachelor’s degree in 2005.  Robby and his wife, Amanda reside in Hutto, TX and with their two girls (Reese and Blake).
